Kalkin watched Amithi out of the corner of his eye. He was always uneasy around more than one person.

2009-05-14 [Sonya Blue]: She glanced in Amithi's direction, then looked over at Vixen "They didn't listen to us..."  ---  Vixen sighed and then touched the tree they were standing by with her snout, when she did so the tree lifted its roots, and pulled the young boy, and his fox underneath it, and into a hole, then the tree lowered, creating a small grave for the two beneath it.

Daichi's ears perked up a little and he gave a friendly whine in response

Kari and Zoey were about half way to the dragon kingdom

2009-05-14 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: Amithi smiled and knelt down. She gently whipped the blood away froom Daichi's muzzle.

2009-05-15 [hinata hyuuga (kimiko)]: Kimi looked at vixen. "what is it girl?" she asked gently scratching vixen behind the ears. she sniffed up her sadness and shrugged it off the best she could.

2009-05-15 [Sonya Blue]: She shook her head and walked off back to the grave, and laid down next to it.  ---  Gemini watched Amithi, then to Kalkin "Thank you...for your support earlier." She bowed her head towards him, then looked to Akio and Daichi "And thank you..."


Zoey and Kari arrived at the dragon kingdom

Daichi tilted his head back a little for her and enjoyed the gentle rubbing sensation.

Back in the Dragon's Kingdom, Malik was holed away in his library researching the various ilk that he took interest in. In the modern day there were very few things that draw his attention in a good way.

2009-05-15 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: Amithi smiled a little, gently scratching behind Daichi's ears when she was finished cleaning his muzzle,"Indeed..."She agreed with Akio.

Kalkin nuzzled her again gently, then he sat down.

Zoey landed right outside the castle, Kari's arm was still bleeding, and Zoey was doing everything she could to keep her from falling off ~Someone get their ass out here and help!~

2009-05-16 [hinata hyuuga (kimiko)]: kimi smiled and ran off to make her weapons. a few hours later she came back with an excellent bow n over 10 arrows with very sharp points that had a little scorpion poison. "the arrow tips are covered in poison...so be careful." she warned them.

Glancing up at the squirrel that watched her, she grumbled, "Thank God there's something down here that the little f***ers didn't horde." As if sensing her resentment, the squirrel berated her indignantly.
"Oh shut up! It's a free world!" Scoffing at the irony of her words, she continued collecting fallen nuts, squeezing between bushes. When she looked up, she felt she was witnessing something very private, as a woman and her guide animal were mourning near a tree. It appeared as though they were in a party of travelers.

2009-05-18 [Lady Kari]: Nodding, Isa lit the incense, blew it out, and planted it in the soil in front of the tree. A wisp of smoke curled into the air as she knelt in prayer by Kimiko, Gemini and Vixen.

Zoey looked at Devedas ~Kari needs medical help, that damn wolf nearly ripped her arm off!~

2009-05-19 [DragonicTunes]: Akio leaned his sheathed sword on his shoulder again and leaned against a tree close to where he'd been standing. He'd never been much for formalities and prayers, but he had sympathy for Gemini and Vixen and the two that had been killed so he waited quietly for them to decide what they wanted to do next.

Daichi let out another soft but friendly whine and glanced over at Kimiko and Isa, it seemed like their party was growing every moment.

He glanced at Kari before letting out a slight snort, ~Bring her inside somewhere where there isn't carpet, I'll find my master...~

after a while, Gemini was able to get Vixen to move, they walked over to Akio "We're ready to leave, if you guys are..."

2009-05-19 [DragonicTunes]: He nodded slightly, "Alright, though it seems we have yet another addition to the group," glancing over at Isa and thinking to himself, ~Traveling alone with 4 gorgeous women, my luck must really be turning up.~ Akio rubbed his chin slightly, "Despite that dragon's promise, Kari'll probably keep chasing me, so I guess we ought to make the most of this time as we can. She'll be crippled up for at least a few days."

Devedas returned inside the castle wall and Malik in his library, telling him what had happened. With an uninterested sigh, Malik put his books away and went to gather some medical supplies.

2009-05-19 [Sonya Blue]: Gemini nodded "I agree...by the way, what did you do to make her want to hunt you down so badly?"


Zoey had carried Kari into the main hallway.  

2009-05-19 [DragonicTunes]: "I don't really know," Akio dropped his sword to his side again, "We first met years ago, but she wanted to kill me the moment her dragon caught Daichi's scent. I do everything I can to avoid hurting women, it's just not my nature, so I've dodged her for the most part..."

Malik came into the hallway after he'd gotten everything and set the supplies on a small table before coming over and taking Kari off Zoey's back.

2009-05-20 [Sonya Blue]: "That's strange..."  ---  Vixen yawned ~I've heard of her before, alot of my kind have gone into hiding because of those two, they mainly hunt those of the canine breed...~


Zoey hesitated slightly

2009-05-20 [DragonicTunes]: "It may sound strange, but fighting constantly with someone for so long can turn out a pretty weird relationship. I don't know her past or anything, but we do know each other extremely well, just in an unspoken way." He bit his lip, "She's not truly a bad person, but some grudge or hatred drives her to do these things."

Malik glanced at Zoey, "Calm yourself, I'd not hurt my own kin." He took Kari and sat her up in a chair next to the table after freeing her from Zoey's back.

2009-05-20 [Sonya Blue]: Vixen sat down ~Maybe she can be saved then?~ She glanced up at Gemini ~Not that i forgive her for what she did to Max and Carri, but doesn't everyone deserve that chance?~


Zoey nodded slightly  ----  Kari was still clutching her arm

He grabbed her chin gently so she faced him, "Look at me"

He cleaned the wounds in her arm carefully once she'd let go before starting in with the stitches.

Finishing with a bow, Isa rose. "I'm sorry to intrude... My name is Isa." With a bow, she continued, "I felt that I could not pass without paying some kind of tribute." Turning to Akio, her eyes were pulled to Daichi and his image gave her chills.
"Would..." Blinking, she broke off the stare, "Would you mind if I travel with you guys for a while? One isn't exactly a safe number, if you know what I mean." She smiled, "And whatever your troubles are, I'd be happy to help."

Malik nodded slightly, "Don't mention it, just be more careful. As a hunter, there's not really anyone there to save you if you become the hunted instead..."

2009-05-23 [GlassCasket]: Cliff dashed through the forest at a speed of 65 miles per hour and dodged trees with lightning accuarcy and efficiency. He was thinking of everything that had happened the past few weeks. The Order was crumbled, raided before his very eyes. He had nowhere to call home, "Damn that traitor..." He said ducking a branch. He soon came to a small clearing and sat down, he was exhausted and he knew that nobody would catch him here, expecially in light of recent events. He leaned back against a tree and the small cheetah cub on his back climbed up to his face and licked him. You knew it would happen eventually didn't you? he frowned and spoke, "Yeah i knew it would...i just didn't expect so much...carnage. Those people were closer to me than family..." He said hanging his head. The cub climbed down and sat in his lap silenty.

Malik nodded, "There's a doctor further into the city who I'm sure would be able to take good care of your injuries"

He said smiling and placing the cub on his shoulder. He took a few steps foreward and saw some people on the road, "Hmmm..." He said smiling. He took off quickly in their direction at full speed and ran a full circle around them looking them over then stops a few feet awa from them as the dust and wind settled, "Who are you guys?" He said smiling.

2009-05-24 [Lady Kari]: At the word "ex-assassin," Isa's ears perked and her eyes locked on Cliff. Extending a hand, she introduced herself, "My name is Isa." Attentively, she asked, "From where are you? Whom did you target?" Traveling as he did, he could be predicted to not have a place to go back to, and neither did she. Therefore she assumed it was relatively safe to ask.

2009-05-24 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: Amithi and Kalkin went quiet, glancing at each other. Things seemed to happen quickly around here.

2009-05-25 [GlassCasket]: Cliff smiled broadly and shook her hand firmly, "I am from the recently raided home-base of The Order..." He said memories coming back from the battle but he shook them away, "I targeted many of the highly ranked government officials. I graduated highest in my class of hand-to-hand and martial arts." He said and then added, "I believe you may have heard of my most recent...extermination...of the corrupt Mayor Giles?" He said memories of the assasination coming to mind.

2009-05-25 [Lady Kari]: Smiling consciously, Isa nodded. "The Order... I'm afraid I'm not of such a noble background. Yes, I have heard of you. And personally, I thought Mayor Giles to be quite the misogynist." With an acute bow, she concluded, "It's good to finally meet you."

2009-05-25 [GlassCasket]: Cliff smiled, "It is very nice to meet you as well. It is good to meet someone of knowledge in such troubled times as these." He said nodding confidently after she bowed, "Now where were you guys headed? Perhaps i could assist you?" He said keeping a confident smile. He knew the area well since he lived here his whole life and knew many escape routes and secret passages.

2009-05-25 [GlassCasket]: Cliff nodded as did Flash at Vixen accordingly, "I know this area as if it were my own backyard." He said smiling confidently, "The closest town is about five miles to the east." He said waving a hand in the eastern direction, "I know a relatively safe passage through the woods there." He said directing their attention to the woods, "There may be a few Timber Wolves but they've never bothered me..." He said smiling still, "Although i doubt they could catch me if they tried." he said confidently.

2009-05-25 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: Amithi watched them, looking at Kalkin. Nither one of them were very impressed at all by his confidence. It seemed more like bragging to them, and that just wasn't polite nor appropriate.

Almas was racing with Keva, both chuckling under their breath. Keva had been boasting his superior speed to Almas all morning, and Almas was determined to prove him wrong. They both ran at an impressive clip, and much to Keva's disappointment, Almas was taking the lead. That is, until he burst through a clearing and ran into Gemini, almost bowling her over. He managed to catch her and keep her from falling and a large blush flushed across his face.
"I'm so sorry miss!! I did't see you there, I was just racing Keva and..."
He faltered a moment as Keva caught up with him and curled up at his ankles. Almas looked at Gemini closely, recognition suddenly dawning on him.
"Gemini! Is that actually you?" He exclaimed.

Kalkin plopped down next to her with an exaggerated sigh.

2009-05-26 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas flushed deeper scarlet as he realized how much of the center of attention he was at the moment. He had really interupted something serious in an extremely graceless manner. He looked around him.
"S-sorry guys..." he said quietly.

2009-05-26 [Lady Kari]: Amused, Isa smiled at Almas, "It's no problem." Still talking to Almas, she looked to Gemini, "We were just deciding on which way to go to get to the next town."
((Are we still looking for Gemini's sister? I didn't want my character to say it because she wasn't around for that part.))

2009-05-26 [Sonya Blue]: When Almas ran out of the bushes and into Gemini, it had clearly scared Vixen, she was now standing a few feet away with her hackles up, she was growling loudly  ---  Gemini glanced back at Vixen, then at Almas "Thank you for catching me Almas, but you can let me go now..."

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff tapped his foot loud and impatiently, "Well if we are going to go we had better go now..." He said a smile spreading across his face, "Would you prefer to take the main road, my path or the Riverside?" He asked speaking to everyone at once hoping someone would step-up and get them on their way. He hated being the leader but if thats what it came down to then he would do it.

2009-05-26 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: Amithi narrowed her eyes at Cliff,"You are extremly rude Sir. Learn some paitents or you;ll never get anywhere in life. I trust you aren't blind and can see that someone else has joined and is reunited with a friend of the past."

Kalkin looked at Amithi,~Calm down AMithi. He is young yet.~

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff chuckled and Flash jumped up his back and climbed onto his shoulder, "If you think that was rude you are sadly mistaken..." He said stopping his chuckle and started smiling confidently, "I do not believe in waiting on things to happen, i would prefer to make them happen myself." He said bluntly still smiling.

2009-05-26 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: Amithi rolled her eyes,"We would have already been on our way if you hadn;t stopped us to brag about being a successful murderer."

Kalkin sighed, knowing there was no stopping her now.

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff smiled wider, "Well if i had not stopped to brag about being a 'murderer' then we would not have ran into her old friend would we?" He asked fading his smile slightly, "I resent the word 'murderer' none of my exterminations were murderous, every one of those people deserved what they got, so do NOT call me a murderer. I am an exterminator of dangerous pests, that is all." He said smiling again.

Flashes ears perked up when he heard the word murderer. He was suprised at how well Cliff kept his cool very good argument Cliff, make sure to keep her on her toes though... Cliff nodded and smiled

2009-05-26 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: "I'll call you what I please to." Amithi said, then looked at Kalkin, who had grown suddenly tense.
Kalkin let out a soft uncomfortable gowl from low in his throat.

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff continued to smile, "You have the right to call me what you will even if you are wrong." He said then his smile faded as he turned to Kalkin, "What's wrong with him?" He asked.
Flash had his claws extended and they were digging into Cliff's shoulder, "What is going on?" Cliff asked aloud.

2009-05-26 [Sigyn, The Faithful Wife]: "Demon..." Amithi said calmly, soothing Kalkin. "She doesn't pose a threat to us... Yet."

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff looked all around him but saw nothing, "What the Hell are you talking about?" He said worried and held flash in his arms after taking him down from his shoulder.

2009-05-26 [Lady Kari]: At the word "murderer" Isa frowned sadly. She'd give anything to shake that word from her consciousness. Then, even having not been "chosen," Isa could feel something dark and unfavorable approaching. 'Demon...?' she thought to herself, anticipating its possibility of being in league with the Empire.

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff smiled, "Demon..." He spoke the word and then said it again slowly, "Deeeeemmmmoooonnnn..." He said contemplating it, "In any case it cannot be that tough." He said slamming his fists together, "BRING IT!" He yelled.
Flash shook in cliffs arms and nearly falls out when he slammed his fists together, Cliff...Let's get out of here...
Cliff nodded, "I'm getting out of here..." He said and gently tucked Flash under his arm, "If any of you have any sense at all you will go too!" He said and kicked his feet preparing to run.

He yelled and strapped on his fist-pack/Super conducting steel knuckle combo, "I'll show you a coward!" He exclaimed and started walking towards Vixen.

2009-05-26 [Lady Kari]: Tense, Isa stepped in front of Vixen and Gemini and looked at Cliff, "You guys, please. We don't need to start a fight. The tiger isn't growling for no reason."

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff shook his head, "Bah..." He nodded in thanks to Isa, "Not worth it is it?" He said smiling again. The ground shook under his feet and he looked off towards the east, "What the Hell..." He mumbled not really wanting to fight but he would just to prove himself.

Flsh shuddered slightly and rolled over in Cliff's big arms obviosly trying to ignore what was going on.

2009-05-26 [GlassCasket]: Cliff laughed, "Serious injury?!" He stood up and made a dash for Gemini he was running at a fairly fast speed and frequently dodged to the left or right. He stopped dead in front of her and head-butted her hard before doing a backflip away and waited.

2009-05-26 [Lady Kari]: Eying the newcomer cautiously, Isa couldn't help but admire her outfit. 'That's pretty bad-ass...' she compared her own dirty traveler's robes. 'Oh well.' When Cliff smashed his head into Gemini, Isa hollered, "Cliff! Knock it off! For one, we don't need a fight. For two, that's hardly a technique!"

Gemini stumbled backwards slightly, dropping one of her weapons, and rubbing her forehead "If i ever see him again, he'll regret ever being born..."  ---  Vixen had taken off after them, but was clearly unable to keep up with him


Ari's eyes shifted towards Isa and then around to Akio, Daichi, Kalkin, Amithi, Kimi, Almas and Keva, then down to Gemini "You should know better little sister, it is against our ways to attack someone, no matter how much they antagonize you."

Daichi moved to Akio's side and sat on his haunches, ~I believe we just witnessed what you humans tend to call 'being an ass'~

"What a strange fellow..." he remarked to nobody in particular. ---Keva aproached vixen cautiously, a vaguely playfull look in his eye.

She was glaring at her, still clearly upset with what just happened, she seemed to have forgotten that Almas had just run into her  ---  Vixen had come back, after giving up chasing after cliff, and looked to Keva ~Hello~

2009-05-26 [Sonya Blue]: Ari stared at her for a moment, and removed her mask, causing her hair to shift slightly, reveling that she was not human "I left to HELP end this war, I would have taken you and Vixen with me if you both weren't so young at the time!"

Ari smiled slightly, putting her mask back on then looked to Almas and to everyone else "I apologize for all this, allow me to introduce myself, I am Ari Michyio"

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Keva sat down on his haunches.
~Of course!~

Almas gave a small bow of respect.
"Ari. I'ts a pleasure! I'm Almas, and this is Keva." He said, gesturing to Kevatchka, who gave a playful yet respectful nod of the head inclined toward Ari.

2009-05-27 [Sonya Blue]: Pleased with herself she looked back to Keva, she barked playfully and jumped over his head and off towards the bushes  ---  Gemini watched her run then looked to Ari


Ari smiled "I am pleased to meet you Almas, I do believe I have heard of you, In one of the letters I received from my sister before she left home"

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Keva yipped and followed her into the bushes, leaping playfully and happily.

Almas looked only a touched puzzled, but he beamed lightly.
"Gemini
mentioned me? What did she say, perchance?" He asked, seeming happy at the news.

2009-05-27 [Sonya Blue]: Ari grinned underneath the mask "Loads of stuff..." she looked towards Gemini, going silent seeing the look she was getting from her sister 

Gemini cleared her throat looking at Ari, her cheeks a tad pink "My sister tends to exaggerate from time to time, just ignore her.."  ---  Vixen jumped out of the bushes when he followed her in

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas's curiosity was thoroughly piqued. He opened his mouth to pursue the subject, but then thought better of it. He got the suspicion that Ari wasn't going to tell him too much (at least not enough for him to get any real information, only enough that Gemini would end up more flustered), and Gemini wasn't going to cave either.
"What..." He started to ask, but then faded to silence.

Keva barked playfully and lept after Vixen.
~Ahaha! Where are you going?~

Gemini was now glaring at her sister in a way that made her look like she wanted to eat her soul.  ----  Vixen stopped, causing Keva to almost run into her

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas couldn't resist at least asking, the temptation was too great. His curiosity was overriding his normally mild-mannered personality.
"You brought some with you? May I read them?"

Keva veered off, barely missing Vixen by mere inches.
~oomph! What is it?~ He asked.

2009-05-27 [Sonya Blue]: "Probably not the best idea, but I can tell you that she had a thing for you a few years back.." she looked at him "but mind you, that was a while back.."


Vixen and ran up behind Gemini and grabbed on to the back of her clothes to stop her from attacking Ari ~No..NO not the best idea, remember your training Gemini!~  ---  Gemini was now struggling to get near Ari

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas gaped blankly, a small blush gracing the bridge of his nose. He was a state of pleasant shock for a brief moment, and then snapped out of it just as quickly. He noticed Gemini struggling to attack Ari and decided to intervene. He reached out and grabbed her arms lightly, but with a firm grip.
"Now now, Gemini, don't let temper get the best of you!" He stated in a placating manner.

2009-05-27 [Sonya Blue]: Vixen continued to hold her back ~Your old master you not be pleased with this behavior Gemini~  ---  "I don't care!" She continued to struggle


Ari sighed "You knew I'd tell him if I ever met him, I told you that little sister"

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas held her back some more, his light grip surprisingly unbreakable.
"Gemini, please!" He exclaimed with a chuckle. "I don't think killing your sister will solve the problem."

2009-05-27 [Sonya Blue]: Ari yawned "Well it was good seeing you. I probably shouldn't leave my students alone too long, the next village is a few miles that way.." She pointed North "I'll be waiting there for you. Your group should make it there by mid afternoon tomorrow, You all should rest here, Some of you look too tired to travel that distance right now, she looked around at everyone again, that should give you enough time to cool down Gemini" With that she took off and disappeared into the forest, and was quickly out of sight


Once Ari was gone, Vixen let her loose  ---  "I'll kill her!"

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas laughed heartily, a warming and deep genuine laugh. However, he didn't release Gemini from his grasp. He did, however loosen his grip so that he was holding her lightly.
"Your sister's playfull! I like her spirit!"

2009-05-27 [Sonya Blue]: She narrowed her eyes at him "What do you expect from an Elf?"

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas rested his head on her shoulder and chuckled softly.
"I dunno, I was hoping for more mischief! I half expected her to slip a letter in my pocket or something."

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: Almas flushed a light crimson color and took a small step away from Gemini, suddenly feeling modest.
"Oh, yeah! Sorry about that..."

Keva sprung from behind, playfully tackling Vixen.

2009-05-27 [hinata hyuuga (kimiko)]: Kimi looked around and sat down feeling very alone.

2009-05-27 [Sonya Blue]: Gemini smiled slightly at him "It's fine"  ---  Vixen yelped when Keva tackled her

2009-05-27 [hinata hyuuga (kimiko)]: Kimi turned towards vixen's yelp and looked at her worriedly. "you ok vixen?" she asked.

2009-05-27 [Eccentrifuge]: ~haha! I gotcha now!~ Keva yipped lightly and playfully.

Almas turned to watch Keva and Vixen tussle. He smiled at the quite frankly adorable sight. His hand, however, lingered softly on Gemini's arm.

2009-05-27 [hinata hyuuga (kimiko)]: Kimi smiled at vixen and keva's playfulness as she got up and climbed into a tree and sat on a branch looking out.

2009-05-27 [Lady Kari]: Moving to stand under the tree branch where Kimiko sat, Isa chuckled at Keva and Vixen's play. She smiled up and Kimiko and commented, "It's good that Gemini and Ari have a good relationship, sibling rivalry aside."
